In order for Lydia's House to continue providing services to Domestic Violence Victims, would you please help us meet our 2023 NIGHT for HOPE and HEALING goal by donating to FUND THE NEED? Here is exciting news about how you can help by using Missouri Domestic Violence Tax Credits. Legislation has moved Domestic Violence Tax credits in Missouri from 50% to 70%! For your monetary gift of over $100 dollars tonight, you can receive these generous tax credits.
Lydia's House is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your generous donation. Your donation also qualifies for a Missouri Domestic Violence Shelter Tax Credit, which entitles you to a 70% tax credit on your Missouri Income Tax Return. You must file taxes in the State of Missouri to receive this credit. An application will be sent to you from Lydia's House after your donation has been made. Please return the application to Lydia's House as the application can only be mailed to the state by Lydia's House within one-year of the donation date. As soon as we receive your completed application, we process and send the application to the State of Missouri to assure that you receive the tax credit.
