Thank you for your generous donation to The Maria Love Fund! The 120th Charity Ball is Saturday, November 4th, and we are excited to greet you at the party! Below is information pertaining to required identification, attire, and details related to arrivals, check-in, and departure. Our Board of Directors will be at the event to greet you, help with any questions you may have upon arrival, and serve as chaperones throughout the evening.
While parents and guardians are not allowed into the dance, you are more than welcome to enjoy yourself in the restaurant area of Buffalo RiverWorks at your leisure. Reservations are highly recommended and available online at buffaloriverworks.com or call 844.749.2267.

ENTRY WILL BE CLOSED: 8:30 PM
PICK-UP TIME: 10:00 PM
DRESS CODE is more in line with our RiverWorks location and vibe!
Girls are encouraged to wear a dress or dressy pants and blouse.
Boys are encouraged to wear a dress shirt and pants. Sports coat and/or tie is optional.
DJ Milk's advice? "Dress down a little bit...stay fly."
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our Board of Directors. Enter on the "Ferris wheel" side of the building and proceed to the check-in area. Your Student ID or reasonable proof of ID (including but not limited to your driver's license or permit, debit card or event receipt), is your ticket. There are no physical tickets, only the names submitted at registration are on our guest list. If you need to change the name of your guest, please do so through the event website at marialovecharityball.com prior to arrival.
Students should arrange for pick-up promptly at 10:00 PM. All guests agree to our code of conduct and the terms and conditions that were stated on both your registration and below.
We are excited to host your children and thank you for allowing us to continue our mission to be a bridge to independence providing immediate financial assistance to the people of Erie County with medical recovery and convalescent care needs. See you at the party!

Terms and conditions: As a guest of The Maria M. Love Convalescent Fund, you understand and agree to 1) Valid Name which matches Student ID or other form of identification as outlined in the welcome letter at the time of check-in required for admission. 2) Semi-Formal attire. 3) All bags will be inspected by security. Only small evening purses will be allowed in the facility. All other bags must be checked at coat check prior to entry. 4) Middle School Dance doors will open at 5:00 PM and close at 5:30 PM. Middle School students must be picked up PROMPTLY at 7:00 PM. Appropriate, clean footwear is always required in restrooms. 5) High School Dance doors open at 8:00 PM with entry allowed no later than 8:30 PM. High School students must be picked up PROMPTLY at 10:00 PM. Appropriate, clean shoes must be work in restrooms. 6) Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable. 7) Ticket holder assumes all risks of injury, damage, or loss of items, and releases the Maria M. Love Convalescent Fund from any liability thereof. 8) Students may not wander or leave the designated Charity Ball area. There is no re-entry to the dance.
Code of conduct: All guests understand there are no drugs, alcohol, smoking, vaping, bullying, weapons, or fighting allowed at Charity Ball. The Maria M. Love Convalescent Fund reserves the right to remove violators of the Code of Conduct or Terms and Conditions. Parents or guardians will be contacted to pick-up their student should these terms be violated.
