How does the silent auction work?
We will be using mobile bidding before and during the night of the event for our silent auction items. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world!
How do I participate in the online bidding auction?
Get started online through this auction page. Just hit the "Register Now" button towards the top of this page and enter your name, phone number, email, and credit card information is required to bid.
How do I start and continue my bidding?
Browse the silent auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and Givesmart will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum bid.
How will I collect my winnings?
Auction winners are required to make payments the night of the event. Please note that you will have the choice to pay credit card fees yourself, it is optional but this does help us increase our profit for the night. All auction items will be displayed at the event on March 2nd and if you are attending the event or know someone attending whom you wish to pick up your items for you, you may do so. All non-attending winners can pick up their winnings at Soaring Eagle on the following scheduled pick-up days:
Sunday, March 3rd, 10:00 am - 1:30 pm
Tuesday, March 5th, 6:30 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday, March 6th, 6:30 am - 4:00 pm
