"Hold Your Horses" Auction Event Schedule
The Auction supports STCS. This is a private event and those invited to attend are current, incoming or prior members of the STCS school, faculty or parish. Thank you for your support!
Tuesday, May 2nd
Class Basket and Projects preview will take place in the STCS lobby from 8am-9:30am and again from 2:30pm-4pm. Baskets and Projects (item numbers in the 300s) will open for early bidding on this day.
Thursday, May 4th at 8am
The Silent Auction opens for all items. Please enjoy bidding from your mobile device & computer. The Silent Auction will close at 7:30pm on Friday, May 5th.

Silent Auction closes at 7:30pm
50/50 Raffle announcement and Heads & Tails game will occur immediately following dinner

Live Auction Begins
Immediately following the Live Auction, winners in the categories of Best Dressed Couple, Best Ladies Hat and Best Dressed Gent will be awarded.
Please continue to enjoy the celebration of the evening on the "Horseshoes" dance floor and with the "Off to the Races" photo booth.
11:00pm - Event Closes
