We are delighted that you will be joining us on June 1 at Navy Pier for CURE Epilepsy's Annual Benefit, Carpe Noctem: Seize the Night and Shoot for the Stars. ARRIVAL:

When you arrive, please follow the signs and volunteer instructions to registration which is on the ground level. All guests must check in to receive their table number and show proof of vaccination. The Benefit is a mask-friendly event, and we encourage guests to wear one if they'd like.

 

COVID-19: 
For the health and safety of all involved, all guests are required to be fully vaccinated. Additionally, we will follow all local Chicago Covid-19 guidelines in place the day of the event. 

Please remember to bring:

  1. Your vaccination card OR a photo of your vaccination card.
  2. Your ID

 

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION:

We highly encourage all guests to use taxis or ride share, if possible. We are unable to guarantee parking spots in the East Garage, particularly for self-park. Overflow parking in the West Garage is a far walk from the Aon Grand Ballroom.

 

Ride Share/Taxi:

  • When asked for a destination in a ride share app, choose (on Uber) The Sable Hotel on Navy Pier or (on Lyft) Navy Pier selecting the back (furthest east) drop off point.
  • You will be dropped off at Entrance 2 which is the turnaround for The Sable Hotel.
  • Walk through the glass doors on the East side, perpendicular to the hotel lobby doors.

 

Valet Parking: available for $55 per car

  • Proceed to the North side of the pier following signs for Navy Pier Parking.
  • Drive to the far East end of the pier and look for the large sign for Entrance 2 (up high).
  • Use Entrance 2 which is the turnaround for The Sable Hotel.
  • Walk through the glass doors on the East side, perpendicular to the hotel lobby doors.


Self-Parking: available for $36 per car

  • Proceed to the North side of the pier following signs for Navy Pier Parking.
  • Drive East on the pier until you reach the East Garage on your right. Park in the East Garage.
  • Inside the East Garage, drive as far back and to the left as is available. Enter the building through Door 12.
  • Proceed East toward the Aon Grand Ballroom.
