When can I bid?

The auction will go live at 5:00 pm on Wed, Nov 29th and end at 6:30 pm on Thurs, Nov 30th.

Can I see the wreaths in person?

Yes! They will be on display at the East West Fine Art Gallery all day on Wed, Nov 29th and Thurs, Nov 30th. Come check them out!

How do I participate in the online auction?

Click the "Register Now" button towards the top of the page to register. You will be prompted to enter your information and create an account. Check the Text Message box to receive updates on bids, announcements, and purchases. Once you create your account you will be set up to bid and donate through the site. Bid from anywhere using your cell phone, tablet, or computer!

How do I start and continue my bidding?

Browse the auction items under the "Items" tab and start bidding on your favorite wreaths! Place a single bid on an item or set a maximum bid and let GiveSmart automatically keep you in the running until your maximum bid is reached.

How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won a wreath?

You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite wreaths! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the online auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.

Why do I need a credit card on file?

A credit card is required to bid, but will not be charged unless you are the highest bidder when the auction closes or you make a donation. Cards will be charged at 12:00 pm on Fri, Dec 1st. Please note that the charge will come through from GiveSmart on your statement. 

What if I prefer to pay for my items via check?

If you have another preferred form of payment, contact Colleen Durham at colleen.durham@graceplacenaples.org or 239-255-7213 prior to 12:00 pm on Fri, Dec 1st and we will make sure your card on file is not charged.

I won! How do I get my wreath?

Auction winners are asked to pick up their wreaths in person at the Grace Place Campus, located at 4300 21st Ave SW, Naples, FL 34116. Contact Stacey Vaughn at stacey.vaughn@graceplacenaples.org or 239-255-7211 to make an appointment for pick up.

Shipping is available at the cost to the winner.
