Peter McKeever

Peter's career in corporate finance spans 40 years. Most recently Peter was the CFO at Knowledgent Group Inc., a data intelligence and software company, where he guided the company from its inception to its acquisition in 2020 by Accenture. He also served as CFO of Business Edge Solutions Inc., a technology consulting business focused on the financial and life sciences industries which was acquired by the EMC Corporation.  Previously, Peter held financial executive positions at the IBM Corporation during his 20-year tenure including Director of Financial Operations and Controller for IBM's Americas Group. 

For the last 23 years, Peter has served on the Board of Trustees of Elizabeth Seton Children's, a long-term care facility and school for medically challenged children in Yonkers, NY, and served as Board Chairman from 2010-2016. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Elizabeth Seton Children's Foundation.
 Peter holds a B.S. from Fairfield University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Tulane University. He attended St. Nicholas of Tolentine High School in the Bronx. His aunt, Sr. Mary Foley entered the Dominican Order in 1941 and served as an educator and principal in schools in the Bronx and Bergen County.

He and his wife Carol have been married for 31 years and have 2 children, Katie and Peter, who reside and work in NYC.
