All sales are final. Reservations for trips and/or accommodations must be arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified. The Bags of Love Auction Committee has endeavored to describe items correctly, but all goods and services are sold "as-is." Bags of Love and the Auction Committee neither warrant nor represent, and shall not be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, or condition of items offered. All items sold at the auction are to be undertaken at the sole risk of the purchaser. Bags of Love is not liable or responsible in any way for the loss, injury, or damage to (or in respect to) any person or property. Item values indicated are estimates only and are not warranted by Bags of Love or the Bags of Love Auction Committee for tax or other purposes. Claims for defects, failures to deliver a benefit or item bid upon, must be brought against the donor, not against Bags of Love or the Bags of Love Auction Committee.
