Bidding for the Bulldogs Silent Auction Item Pick-Up FAQ
Silent Auction winners are required to make payment(s) the night of the auction or immediately after being notified of winning.
All Bidding for the Bulldogs Silent Auction items will need to be picked up in the Parents' Association Room with the following exceptions (Please see separate instructions below): Teacher Excursions, Reserved Seats, Reserved Parking Spots, Carpool Fast Passes, Choose your Locker, UMS-Wright Summer Camps, Intramural Sports, Sideline Passes, Bulldog Patron Pass, Dawg of the Day, Football Player Football Party, Basketball Coach of the Day and Cheer with The Varsity Cheerleaders
The following are the scheduled pickup days:
Monday, March 28th: 12-2:45pm
Tuesday, March 29th: 12-2:45pm
Wednesday, March 30th: 7:45-9am; 1-2:45
Pick-up is in the Parents' Association Room Located at Cooper Stadium. Please do not block carpool.
Instructions for items that DO NOT need to be picked up from the Parents' Association:
Teacher Excursions: Once you have been notified of winning a Teacher Excursion please make your payment online. Teachers will be given a list of the Top Bidders, and they will contact the winners to make arrangements. You do not need to pick up anything from the Parents' Association.
Reserved Seats: Once you have been notified of winning Reserved Seats to Senior Awards/Recognition, Graduation, or Musicals please make your payment online. A list of Top Bidders and Reserved Seat Signs will be given to the Lower and Upper School Offices respectively. Please contact the office one week prior to your event to insure that your seats are reserved. You do not need to pick up anything from the Parents' Association.
Reserved Parking Spots: Once you have been notified of winning a Reserved Parking Spot please make your payment online. At that point, a sign will be printed with your name and installed prior to the start of the 2022-2023 school year. You do not need to pick up anything from the Parents' Association.
Carpool Fast Pass: Once you have been notified of winning the Carpool Fast Pass please make your payment online. Please contact Garret Humphrey two weeks prior to the start of the 2022-2023 school year to get specific instructions on using your Fast Pass. You do not need to pick up anything from the Parents' Association. ghumphrey@ums-wright.org
Choose Your Locker: Once you have been notified of winning "Choose your Locker" please make your payment online. The Middle School Office will be given a list of the Top Bidders. They will be in touch prior to the 2022-2023 school year to make arrangements. You do not need to pick up anything from the Parents' Association.
UMS Summer Camps: Winners will need to register via www.ums-wright.org/summer and use the discount code provided in email in order to receive the experience for free. You do not need to pick up anything from the Parents' Association. For questions contact Sarah Forwood at sforwood@ums-wright.org.
