The Student Tuition Assistance Relationship (STAR) Program matches students in need of tuition assistance with a generous donor- a STAR who contributes tuition assistance of $2,500 a year. Tuition varies across the Diocese and this program is intended to fund about half of the student's tuition and any monies left over from the contribution will be placed in the General Financial Aid Program. The current average tuition for the first child is about $6,100. The STAR receives personal letters from their student. The parents contribute the remainder of the tuition. "STAR" sponsors receive cards and letters from their students.

Since 2005, Tomorrow's Hope Foundation has provided over $27 million in scholarships and aid for approximately 22,000 Catholic students across Long Island. THF's STAR students demonstrate the highest need among our applicants.
