Dr. Kavitha Reddy Bhatia
Inspirational Leadership Award
Dr. Kavitha Reddy Bhatia, MD, MMM, FAAP is a healthcare leader, pediatrician and philanthropist who has dedicated her life to caring for others. Dr. Bhatia serves as Chief Medical Officer of Prime Healthcare and President and Chair of the Prime Healthcare Foundation, a non-profit charity dedicated to improving healthcare through its 14 hospitals and educational and charitable initiatives. Committed to improving the health and lives of others, Dr. Bhatia's experiences include caring for the sick in the slums of Calcutta to teaching inner-city youth, founding a medical school through the Prime Healthcare Foundation, sponsoring global medical missions, providing educational opportunities through annual scholarship and grant programs for underserved students and providing humanitarian aid during the COVID19 pandemic. For her service with the Missionaries of Charity, she was awarded a Miraculous Medallion from Mother Teresa. An authority in her field, Dr. Bhatia serves as a Board member and advisor for state, national and global causes and has been recognized among the nation's physician leaders, earning recognitions such as "Top Women Leaders in Healthcare," "Top Doctor," and a "Woman of Influence."

Austin Winsberg
Community Leadership Award
Austin Winsberg is a writer/producer for film and television. He created/executive produces/show runs the Emmy award-winning musical dramedy TV show Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, which sheds light on family caregiving and tells his own family's story of the loss of Austin's father, Dick Winsberg. He also created and executive produces Apple's upcoming bi-lingual comedy series Acapulco. Austin produced and co-wrote the Disney Plus movie Secret Society of Second Born Royals. He adapted the live Sound of Music television event, starring Carrie Underwood. His other television credits include 9JKL, Gossip Girl, Jake in Progress (Creator/Executive Producer), Wedding Album, Still Standing and Glory Days. Austin is the book writer of the Broadway musical First Date. He graduated with a Theater Arts degree from Brown University.

Dana Baze
The Melissa Award
Dana Baze has been volunteering with Beauty Bus since 2016. After losing her first husband to cancer, she was inspired to go back to school to become an esthetician in order to help people who are dealing with cancer and other illnesses. During her training at Oncology Spa Solutions, Dana learned about Beauty Bus and knew that it would be the perfect place to share her passion for patients and their families.
