How do I participate in the online auction?
Click the 'Register Now' button towards the top of the page to register. You will be prompted to enter your information and create an account. Check the Text Message box to receive updates on bids, announcements, and purchases. Once you create your account you will be set up to bid and donate through the site. Bid from anywhere using your cell phone, tablet, or computer!
How do I start and continue my bidding?
Browse the auction items under the 'Items' tab and start bidding on your favorite packages! Place a single bid on an item or set a maximum bid and let GiveSmart automatically keep you in the running until your maximum bid is reached.
How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the online auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.
Why do I need a credit card on file?
A credit card is required to bid, but will not be charged unless you are the highest bidder when the auction closes or you make a donation. Cards will be charged at 9:00 pm (CST) on Thursday, October 28.
How will I collect my items?
All auction items are currently being stored at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby. Your items will be available for pick-up on the following scheduled days:
Post-event auction pick-up
Friday, October 29: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Monday, November 1: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Can my items be mailed?
Some items may be mailed at your request. Please note if you choose to have your items mailed, you are responsible for fees associated with shipping and liability. There are limitations to mailed requests. Alcohol items cannot be shipped and are only available for pick-up or delivery. Additionally, lost or stolen certificates and physical items cannot be replaced. Please contact Jennifer Podsiadly at jennifer.podsiadly@cuyunamed.org with questions on if your item can be mailed.
