Stately, intelligent, and amiable, Kristina is a guest favorite at Brookfield Zoo due her changing appearance from season to season.

Now imagine having the opportunity to truly know her, and to play a key role in providing top-notch care for the animals of Brookfield Zoo by becoming Kristina's VIP Lead Patron.

What would this look like?
There are so many reasons to take part in this exclusive opportunity!

As Kristina's VIP Lead Patron, your family name will be on display at the camel habitat at Brookfield Zoo for one year (beginning July 1, 2021). You will have special VIP access, allowing you to truly get to know this colossal camel. This includes:

• An exclusive behind the scenes experience with the animal care team, VIP parking, and a cart tour for six.
  
• A Zoom chat or Birthday shout out with a member of Kristina's animal care team.
  
• Regular video and written updates - allowing you up close and personal (but safe!) face to face access.
  
• Additionally, you'll receive photos, cards, and name recognition in the Chicago Zoological Society's Annual Report.

More about Kristina
Born in Milwaukee on May 14, 2005, 15-year-old Kristina resides at Brookfield Zoo with granddaughter Rae-Rae. If these furry females aren't entertaining guests by meandering around their yard, you can find Kristina relaxing in her favorite spot in the shade. Care team staff work closely with Kristina on husbandry behaviors using treats like sweet potatoes to reward her for her hard work. Kristina, unlike Rae Rae, will seek out attention from keepers and you can occasionally see keeper staff working with her in the yard, taking her for walks for exercise or grooming her shaggy coat.
