Silent Auction Info & FAQS

Bidding will be LIVE Monday, May 3 and will CLOSE Friday, May 21 at 8:30 PM

How does mobile bidding work?

There will be no paper bidding.  You will be able to use your smartphone at the event, or your tablet or computer at home. 

IMPORTANT:  Bring a fully charged mobile phone to Cabaret in order to bid!

How do I participate?

Click on the link on the HomePage to register your name, phone number, email.  Credit card information is required to bid.

Your mobile phone number identifies you and your bids.  If you choose to bid from a different phone, you will need to register that phone separately.

How do I bid?

Browse through the Silent Auction items; Search by category (like "Dining"); click on your favorite item to submit a bid.  Select the minimum bid OR select Auto Bid to let the system continue to bid for you if you get outbid.  (Like eBay!) The system will not bid beyond your set maximum without your permission.

How do I know if I have been outbid or if I have won an item?

You will be notified via text if you have been outbid, if you have reached your maximum bid, or if you have won the item.

How do I collect my winnings?

Any items won will be billed to your credit card at the close of the Silent Auction the evening of May 21.  NO WAITING in line to pay!!!  After payment, you will receive a "PAID" receipt via email.

Show this "PAID" receipt on your phone to the Personal Shoppers on site to claim your items.

BIDDERS NOT AT THE EVENT:  All items must be collected on St. Simons Island no later than Sunday, May 30.  Contact Janice Lamattina 222.7541 or lamattina2@comcast.net. No shipping or deliveries. Items not claimed by May 30 will be resold to the next highest bidder.
