You and your guest will have access to the pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Use of the hot tub and pool will require a liability waiver to be signed.
Your quarters will have A/C and heat as well as a full kitchen minus an oven. A Keurig coffee maker + coffee pods are provided. There's pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. It also has all the necessities (bedding, blankets, towels, toilet paper, soap). The bedroom has a queen bed with a very comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress and the living room has a pull out sofa bed. It is also equipped with Levite WiFi, TV, Direct TV, DVD player/DVDs, and Roku for streaming.

Here is a little fun perk! There is a private yoga studio onsite and private yoga lessons are available to guests at a discounted price. Must be dog lovers! The ranch has two friendly, sweet dogs that live on the property and explore the grounds freely. They will come right up to you and greet you upon arrival with wagging tails.
