Pet Palooza Terms and Conditions
1. Submission to the Pet Palooza event will NOT be complete without both the entry registration fee paid on our Givesmart page (www.petpalooza.givesmart.com) and the separate submission form completed on our SHS website. (CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT THE ENTRY FORM) Completed and approved entries will be posted and open for voting within 24-48 hours after submission.
2. Choose between these five categories to participate in: "Twin it to Win it", "Adventure Time", "Turn your Pet into Art", "Sleeping Beauty", and "In Loving Memory." Submissions are a suggested donation of $15 per entry, and each vote is $1 per vote.
3. All submissions must be entered by February 26th 2021 at 3:00 P.M. EST Voting will remain open until March 1st at 9:00 A.M. EST.
4. Three winners will be announced on March 1st 2021 at 12:00 P.M. EST and will be contacted via phone/email. Winning numbers will be posted on: humane.org, social media, and petpalooza.givesmart.com. The entry with the most votes wins a $150 Amazon e-Gift Card; entry with the 2nd most votes wins a $100 Amazon e-Gift card; and entry with the 3rd most votes wins a $50 Amazon e-Gift Card.
5. Suncoast Humane Society has the right to deny any entry that is deemed inappropriate. By entering this contest, you give Suncoast Humane Society the rights to utilize and market the images submitted.
6. This fundraising event is made possible by sponsor and donor support. All proceeds benefit the homeless animals, programs, and services of Suncoast Humane Society. Suncoast Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
7. By entering this event each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions, which govern the selection and awarding of the prize.
