The venue has an 80-spot surface parking lot as well as metered street parking to accommodate our guests.
Carpooling and green transportation options encouraged.
Program Schedule
Our in-person Spring Thaw event will begin at 6:00 PM with music, food and welcome drinks. The program begins at 7:00 PM and will include updates from the park superintendent and Conservancy staff and remarks by Dr. Anton Treuer. The silent auction will wrap up at 8:00 PM and guests are welcome to stay to connect with park and Conservancy staff until 8:30 PM.
Food & Beverage
Our walking dinner menu includes a taco bar, walleye sliders, wild rice lettuce cups and a special s'more dessert provided by North Mallow. Your ticket also includes beverages, a welcome cocktail from Tattersall Distilling, and beer and wine if you prefer. If you have any special dietary needs, please contact us at contact@voyageurs.org or add a note during the online ticket check out process.
COVID-19 Safety
Our event venue will have a large open garage door allowing extra air flow indoors and opportunities to enjoy picnic tables and a bonfire in an outdoor courtyard. Vaccinations are strongly encouraged and we asked that guests who have not been vaccinated for COVID-19 take a test within 72 hours before the event. Please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms. We will follow local and federal masking guidelines at the time of the event.
Attire
Casual and comfortable attire is encouraged! Our event will have both indoor and outdoor experiences and plenty of air flow. Please prepare accordingly. We recommend a jacket.
