Specific Auction Rules 

We are so grateful for your participation in our first ever Virtual Auction.  We have just a few rules to share.

All winning bids are final.
There will be no exchange or refund on items. 
All payments must be completed by February 27th, 2022.
Please carefully check your items upon pick-up and/or delivery.
Lawrence St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee is not responsible for replacing gift certificates lost or damaged after pick up or delivery.
Lawrence St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee is under no obligation to extend, modify, or change items or restrictions on item certificates. Please pay careful attention to all conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates on items and services.

Dates for all trips and similar events must be mutually arranged with the donor.
All gift card usage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Lawrence St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee has endeavored to catalog and describe the auction items correctly, but all items are sold "as is."
No statements contained on the website or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
Lawrence St. Patrick's Day parade committee reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale.
Pick up for Silent Auction items, unless specified otherwise on the item, is Sunday, February 27th, from 12-4pm at Scott Temperature on 1815 Bullene Avenue or by appointment Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, by contacting Sarajane Scott at (785) 550-0077.
Pick up for Live Auction items shall be arranged with Susan Cross at smcrossnantkt@gmail.com.
