Donations Information

There are lots of ways to help make the Bazaar successful through your donations:

Help Cover Expenses:

Past Bazaars have cost over $35,000 to put on.  Through your donations we have been able to cover these expenses in the past and need your help more than ever.  You can help cover expenses by picking an envelope from the Giving Tree located in the Narthex or by going to our Bazaar 2021 website at https://bazaar21.givesmart.com and visit the Donate Now section on the Home page and select a $ amount button.   All donations are needed to help pay for our new church.

Sponsorships:

We have special Sponsorships available again this year.  If you sponsor the BBQ Dinner for $2,000, we will hang a banner in the hall with your name or business and provide complimentary BBQ dinner tickets,  We also place your name or business on our bazaar website.  You can also sponsor a booth for either $500 or $250 with levels of recognition for both. 

Pick up a sponsorship form in the Narthex or the Church office if you are interested.

Live and Silent Auction Items:

We need quality donations of sports memorabilia, golf outings, tools, theme baskets, timeshares, small appliances, fine jewelry, bikes, lawn and outdoor equipment, and homemade items. (To name just a few!). New or very gently used items that could sell for $50 or more are greatly appreciated.

Note:  There is no cash or carry tent this year so we will not be able accept garage sale/rummage sale quality items

Covid Safe Items:

We plan to have plenty of hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray in the booths, so any donations of these items are greatly appreciated.  You can drop them by the parish office at anytime before May 2nd.

Volunteers:

As always, we need new members and new ideas on the Bazaar Committee before and during the event.  If you can help and would like to Volunteer, we NEED you.  Contact Tom Mayhew at 832-917-3833 or tmayhew@st-matthias.net
