FAQs and Auction Rules

Why do auction items have a "current bid" if they're preview only?

The "current bid" listed under preview only items is the "starting bid." It's a pre-programmed portion of the software that is unable to be changed.

How do I know if I won an auction item(s)?

Participants with the highest bids will be notified via email and text message when the auction closes on January 24, 2021 at 11:59pm. At this time you will be prompted to pay your auction balance.

How do I receive the item(s) I won?

You will be contacted by Our Lady of Mercy Community Outreach staff during the week of January 25 to make arrangements. For participants who live in the Charleston area, a delivery time will be scheduled. For participants who live outside the greater Charleston area, shipping will be arranged.
