How do I watch Virtual Sugar & Spice?

Closer to Sugar & Spice, everyone who signed up will receive information via email on how to watch the event live and participate from home. You can also click where it says 'Watch Sugar & Spice' on the homepage.

How long will Virtual Sugar & Spice be?

At 6:30 pm, you can start logging on and you can enjoy our Kitten & Puppy Palooza until the start of the live show at 7:00 pm. We anticipate having everything wrapped up in about an hour from the live start time. However, you will still have some time to keep bidding after the Sugar & Spice live stream has ended.

When will the silent auction officially close?

The Sugar & Spice silent auction will close on February 27th at 9:30 pm.

Can we still donate to the auction?

We are accepting auction items through February 22nd. If you would like to donate, please email lauren@ral.org.

How will we know if we've won an auction item?

When the silent auction closes, text messages will be sent out letting you know whether you have won or if you've been outbid.

How do we receive our auction items?

Starting Tuesday, March 2nd, RAL will begin reaching out to auction winners to coordinate pick-up or delivery. We plan to have all winners contacted by March 8th to acknowledge the items won, settle any outstanding payments, and schedule pick-up/delivery. We kindly ask for your patience immediately following Sugar & Spice as we will be working to get in contact with everyone as quickly as possible.

Can I have my items shipped?

If you want items shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Is there a Small Art with Big Heart showing this year?

Yes! However, instead of an in-person art show this year, we will have a Small Art with Big Heart window display on February 20th and 21st at RAL's Loving Spay & Neuter Clinic. The artwork will be hung in the windows of the clinic for you to view, socially distanced, at your leisure. You are welcome to come by anytime that weekend to view over 100 pieces of artwork, including student art from local high schools. Check out the event on Facebook.
