Ingredients

FAT: 2 tablespoons of olive oil

AROMATIC:  1/2 cup of shallots

MIX-INS:  1 cup of bell pepper, baby spinach and tomatoes

HERBS: 3 tablespoons of fresh basil leaves

CHEESE: 2 cups of mozzarella

EGGS:  approx. 2 1/4 cups of 12 large eggs

DAIRY: 1 1/2 cups of whole milk

SEASONINGS: salt and ground black pepper

NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY

Feel free to add your own favorite ingredients to the recipe, whether you want to add more veggies, a different kind of cheese, or your favorite breakfast meat!
