The Busy Bee

NHSO's 2021 Gala Signature Drink

This signature cocktail called "Busy Bee" is perfect for a night of socializing and it's easy to make. You will need:

• 2 ounces of your favorite Gin
• 1.5 ounces of Honey Simple Syrup (instructions below to make your own Honey Simple Syrup)

• 0.5 ounces of Fresh Lemon Juice
• Anything that sparkles (e.g. prosecco, champagne, sparkling water, or club soda) to top off your drink

Steps:

1. Add the Gin, Honey Simple Syrup, and Lemon Juice to a mixing tin with ice
2. Shake and pour into your glass
3. Top off the drink with your sparkling liquid of choice
4. Enjoy!

Instructions to make your own Honey Simple Syrup:

Mix 2-parts honey with 1-part hot water. Stir continuously until you achieve a loose consistency
