How do I participate in the online auction?

Just hit the 'Register Now' button on the event homepage at ccngolf2020.givesmart.com and enter your name, phone number, e-mail. Credit card information is required to bid. The auction is open to everyone 18 years and older. You must be 21 years and older to bid on any alcohol-related auction package. Your credit card will not be charged unless an intentional purchase is made for meal, raffle, auction, donation, etc. To expedite your registration, please register with the auction site prior to the auction opening. 

How do I start bidding?

Bidding for the silent auction will open a week before the event, on Monday, November 30th at noon MST. Browse the silent auction by going to "Items" on the home page, and start bidding on your favorites! Place your bid on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and GiveSmart will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum bid. You must be registered in GiveSmart and have your credit card information on file to participate in bidding. The silent auction will end on December 7th at 8 PM. How does the silent auction work?

You will be able to use your smartphone/tablet to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes at 8pm on Monday December 7th. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world!

How does the Featured (Live) auction work?

The live auction will open at 6:30 PM on Thursday, December 3rd, and close during the LiveSteam on December 6th. You will be able to bid anytime between Thursday December 3rd and Sunday December 6th. Our auctioneer, Letitia Frye, will describe each live auction item during the virtual event & bids will be on the GiveSmart website. Live auction items that are gift certificates can be mailed to the winners if they choose.

Click the "Star" icon under your favorite items to make it easy to find what you like.

Keep Active

You will be notified via text and/or email if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been out bid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes at 8 pm on Monday December 7th, you will also receive a text message if you won any items!

How does the Golden Ticket work

The Golden Ticket raffle opens on November 30th, when the silent auction opens. Raffle tickets are $100 each and there are only 100 tickets available. The winner will receive a text to choose the live auction item of their choice & will need to text back the auction item they choose.

How do I pay for and pick-up my winnings?

Auction winners are required to make payment after the event ends on December 7th from their card on file, which will be automatically charged if you have won an auction item. Instructions will be sent to the winners after the auction closes. 

To receive your items, payment must be received in order to coordinate the pick-up of your item(s). Curbside pick-up of auction items is available for your safety. Upon arrival for pick-up, please park in the front of the building and call us at (480) 389-1564. Someone will come out and place the item in the trunk of your car for contactless pick-up. We will require a signature upon pick-up.

Auction Rules: 

- All winning bids are final.

- There will be no exchange or refund of items.

- Children's Cancer Network or Tommy Bahama is not responsible for replacing gift certificates lost after pick up or shipping.

- Children's Cancer Network or Tommy Bahama is under no obligation to extend, modify or change items or restrictions on item certificates. Please pay careful attention to all conditions, restrictions and expiration dates on items and services.

- Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates exclude alcohol, tax and gratuity.

- All gift card usage is the responsibility of the buyer.

- Although the gift card and amount is currently valid, Children's Cancer Network or Tommy Bahama cannot be held responsible for unused gift cards at businesses that may cease to operate prior to the expiration date.

- No statements contained in the program, on the site or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation or assumption of liability.

 

Who is the Real Tommy Bahama?

Want a chance to receive a fantastic prize from Tommy Bahama? Send us a video or picture showing us why you are the Real Tommy Bahama for a chance to win a Chef's Dinner. How many Tommy Bahama shirts do you own? Is your house decorated in Tommy Bahama home products? What makes you the Real Tommy Bahama? The top entries will be voted on the night of the virtual event, the one with the most votes will be our "Real Tommy Bahama" winner & announced on December 6th during the virtual event! No purchase necessary to enter.
