How do I pay for my item(s) once I win?
We require that you put a credit card on file when bidding on items for an easy, quick check out. Any credit or debit card will work. When bidding closes on the 14th, you'll be able to go to your activity and check out with just a few clicks! If you prefer to pay by check, please reach out by e-mail (hilliardartscouncil@gmail.com) for information on how to send in your payment.
How do I receive my item(s) that I won?
Once the auction closes, we will connect you with the artist to arrange for pick-up or shipment of the item for an additional cost. For local artists and buyers, we will be arranging a pick-up day at the Hilliard Civic & Cultural Arts Center (5425 Center St, Hilliard, OH 43026). More specific details will be communicated shortly after the close of the auction.

Click My Activity at the top of your homepage: All your stared items and items you have bid on will appear so you can follow what you like with ease.
All bids are final and binding. There will be no exchanges, alterations or refunds on items. Hilliard Arts Council is not responsible or liable for any discrepancies.
