HOW DOES TICKETING WORK?
Tickets are required (either individual, couple or team) to participate in the trivia night portion of the event. Tickets are $30 for individual/couples or $75 for a group of 5 or more. With a ticket, you receive the zoom link to participate in our trivia night and win trivia round prizes! With the purchase of an individual or couple ticket, you also receive ONE entry into our Lotto Basket Raffle, and THREE entries with the purchase of a table ticket- a $150 value! Tickets can be purchased here.
HOW DOES THE LIVE AUCTION PORTION OF THE EVENT WORK?
These items will be available for preview beginning at 5pm CST on Friday, March 12th at ASCA21.givesmart.com. Each day beginning on Monday, March 15th, one FANTASTIC item will go up for bidding from 8am - 8pm. The last bidder at 8pm will be our final winner! Don't miss your chance at some amazing travel and prizes!
HOW DOES THE SILENT AUCTION PORTION OF THE EVENT WORK?
Silent Auction items will be available for preview beginning, Friday March 19th at 5pm CST at ASCA21.givesmart.com. Silent Auction Items will be available for bidding from 6pm - 9pm on March 20th ONLY. Bid on classroom parties, spa getaways and many other fun items!
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO PLAY TRIVIA BUT STILL WANT TO BID ON ITEMS?
No problem! Trivia night is NOT required to bid on items. You can still purchase a ticket to support our school, or you can just register at ASCA21.givesmart.com to gain access to the auction items and watch the videos!
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I'VE BEEN OUTBID?
Tip: Streamline and simplify your online bidding! Once you have completed your registration, you can set up an auto bid feature. You enter the maximum you are willing to pay for the item, and the system will bid incrementally up to the amount designated as long as someone else places a bid against you. If no one bids against your auto bid, the price remains the same. If the maximum amount you set is outbid, you will receive a text message and have the opportunity to increase your bid if you desire.
WILL THE 50/50 AND TUITION CREDIT RAFFLE TICKET WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED?
Yes. In accordance with the City of Naperville permit, the highly anticipated 50/50 and Tuition Credit Raffle drawing will be pre-recorded earlier in the day on March 20th and the winners will be revealed during our broadcast. Tuition raffle and 50/50 will close to all sales on Sunday, March 14th.
