- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- Unless otherwise specified, all auction items/services must be used within one year.
- The winning bidder is responsible for picking up or making arrangements for their auction items.
- Any packaging and shipping costs are at the expense of the winning bidder.
- Unless specified, dates and times of experiences are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the donor and buyer.
- Unless otherwise notified, all credit cards on file will be processed for winning bids/purchases at the close of the auction.
Item Pickup Instructions
All winning bidders can pick their items up at the Solebury School Athletic Center Rear Entrance on the following dates/times.
- Saturday, May 8 from 2-5:00pm
- Tuesday, May 11 from 8:30-10:30am and from 3:30pm-5:30pm
- Saturday, May 15 from 9:30-11:30am

The 2021 Special Appeal
The PAC: Our Community Gathering Place
Funds raised through this year's Special Appeal will be used to
purchase and install a brand new climate control system for
our Performing Arts Center, or as many affectionately call it,
"the PAC."
An Exciting Opportunity!
When giving to the Special Appeal reaches $20,000, the Goodman Family '18 '21 will donate an additional $5,000 toward this effort. When our total reaches $40,000, an anonymous Soleburian will give another $10,000!
