What to Expect at TQL Stadium

 

Join us for Country Day's annual community gala in the Pitch View and Cincinnatus Club sections at TQL Stadium. Gather with friends to celebrate Country Day's faculty, programs, and wonderful community.

There will be food stations, a open bar, games of chance, and entertainment brought to you by NewMoon Chicago throughout the space.

Check-in

On arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly member of our faculty/staff, register your name and credit card, and receive a bid number in order to participate in the games of chance. If you choose to pay with a check, you may do so when checking out at the end of the night.
 

Purchases at the event

The ticket price includes food and open bar. No additional  purchases will be required. Participation in the games of chance will be charged to the credit card registered on the Givesmart event site, either ahead of the event or at check-in.

 Venue

The event space was specially chosen for its large capacity. With a maximum advertised capacity of 1250, and a large outdoor veranda, our party (typically numbering 350-450) will have plenty of space to gather and mingle without feeling crowded.

Games of Chance

          Birdcage Lady - A table traveling throughout the event will feature three birdcages, each containing a unique prize. Purchase a key for a chance to open a birdcage and win!

 

Glitz in a Glass - Purchase a glass of wine from our wine bike for a chance to find a diamond at the bottom of the glass! Just one glass contains a real stone, so choose wisely! Diamond generously donated by D'Elegante.

 

Giving Tree - A majestic tree in the middle of the venue has envelopes hanging from its branches. Each envelope contains a gift card ranging from $25-$150. Buy an envelope for your chance to win!
