Daron Hagen

Operatic polymath, composer, author, and filmmaker Daron Hagen's debut as a filmmaker came with "Orson Rehearsed," a sixty-minute "filmopera" that combines live singers, live performance, three films-within-films projected onstage, and electro-acoustic sounds to build a dreamscape inside the great Orson Welles' mind during the instant between life and death. This manuscript page (donated by the composer) is an extremely rare and valuable document in the composer's own hand that represents his first ideas for the musical score of the work."
