How does the silent auction work?
We will be using mobile bidding for our auction. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction classes. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world.
How do I participate in the online bidding auction?
Get started online through this auction page. Just hit the "Register Now" button towards the top of this page and enter your name, phone number, email and address. Credit Card information is required to bid.
How do I start and continue my bidding?
Browse the Silent Auction and start bidding on your favorite items. Place your bid on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and Givesmart will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum bid.
How can I keep active and know if I am outbid of have won an item?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items!! If you are NOT receiving the text messages, make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will received a text message if you won any items,
How will I collect my winnings?
Auction winners are required to make payment the night of the event. Please note that you will have the choice to pay credit card fees yourself so that more money stays with Mile High 360. All auction items are currently being stored near the Mile High 360 offices and we will have the following option to get you your items:
- Pick Up Location: 1292 W. 10th Avenue, Denver - Due to COVID, we have curbside service only. When you arrive, call or text 303.910.3947 and we will meet and greet you in your car and gather your items for delivery.
- Pick Up Times and Dates: 11:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, November 9-13.
- Delivery: If you are unable to pick up your items we have a team of volunteers willing to deliver items around town beginning Monday, November 16. Please be patient as we'll try our best to get these items to you in a timely fashion.
- If you live out of town, we will send items in the mail. If they are certificates or envelope items we cover the costs. If there is a shipping fee, we kindly ask the winning bidder to cover those costs. NOTE: We cannot ship alcohol!
