Leadership as a Force Multiplier
Moderator: Dan Roberts
Panelists: Michelle Greene & Lethia Owens
A recent MIT Sloan study found that today's executives believe that only 10% of leaders have the right skills and only 12% have the right mindsets for the new economy. We also know that the largest group of leaders today are known as "Accidental Leaders" and most have not been positioned for success. This high energy, no-holes barred discussion will unpack how the best in our industry are leading with courage to elevate their teams, companies, families, churches and communities. Specifically we will discuss Leaders as Servants and Mentors, Teachers and Learners, Energized and Energizing, and yes, Marketers and Brand Ambassadors.
