Livestream keynote by Mike Schultz, ESPY's 2018 Best Male Athlete with a Disability and Paralympic Gold Medalist

Mike will tell the story of how - following an accident in which he lost his leg - Mike designed and fabricated his own adaptive device that allowed him to pursue his dreams and win gold at the Paralympics!

 

There will be a live Q & A Session at the end of the presentation. Don't miss this amazing story of ingenuity and perseverance!


August 29th 6-8pm

Livestream cooking class by Rob Seideman, founder of Cooking School of Aspen, Salt Traders, and former private chef to the stars!  

Rob will demonstrate how to prepare these delicious pesto dishes, plus provide tips and techniques picked up from over twenty years as a chef! 

  •  Smoked Salmon Canapes with Dill-Macadamia Pesto
  •  Mini Crab Cakes with Chive-Almond Pesto
  •  Fettuccini with Pistachio-Lemon Pesto
  •  Rack of Lamb with Mint-Hazelnut Pesto

 

Once you register, you will automatically be entered to win one of three gourmet gift baskets with four bottles of wine specially selected to complement the meal, plus a bunch of yummy goodies! Gourmet gift baskets will be delivered to your home!

 

All registrants will receive recipes and be able to ask questions during the class!
