Q - What are the Auction Rules?
A - This is an Auction in reserve. Pope John Paul II Regional Catholic Elementary School reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time. All Auction items and services must be used within the time limits specified and are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the donors.
Our friends and benefactors have generously donated all items. Descriptions of items have been made with every reasonable effort to describe each correctly. Except where manufacturer's warranties are in effect, all items are sold "where is" and "as is" and, without authenticity, condition, quality, or fitness for any purpose. Please read carefully specifications and limitations. Values for items being auctioned are estimates only, and are not warranted by Pope John Paul II Regional Catholic Elementary School for tax purposes or general value.
By his/her purchase, the buyer waives any claims of liability against either Pope John Paul II Regional Catholic Elementary School or the donor, property services, and neither Pope John Paul II Regional Catholic Elementary School nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damage to property that may result from the utilization of property or service sold.
Q - When will my card be charged for my trivia night ticket, raffle chances, and any auction item win?
A - When you purchase a trivia night ticket, your card will be charged immediately following the transaction. For bidding on items: your card will only be charged when the auction closes (Saturday, November 14th) and if you are an auction item winner. Raffle ticket purchases will also be charged when the auction closes (Saturday, November 14th). Winners for the raffle items will be announced Monday, November 16th.
Q - How will I receive the items I have won?
A - Please pick-up items on Tuesday 11/17, Wednesday 11/18, or Thursday 11/19 from 5-7pm at PJPII Regional Elementary School with e-mailed receipt in-hand (listing item number and name of winner). Please line up in carline and remain in vehicle where an Auction Committee Member will greet you to receive your receipt for item pick-up. Please do not go to the school during school hours.
Q - How will a trivia ticket work?
A - When you purchase a trivia ticket, you are required to add an email address. On Saturday, November 14th, the link to the Trivia zoom will be sent to that email address. One Trivia ticket is equal to one email address.
Q - Any trivia system requirements?
A - Yes, please refrain from using any VPN, proxy or citrix. These can interfere with zoom capabilities, as well as access to the quiz system. TriviaHub's browser based quiz system works with most internet browsers, however Chrome is preferred, do not use internet explorer.
