How does the online auction work?
We will use mobile bidding for our auction. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world!
How do I participate in the online bidding auction?
Get started through this auction page. Just hit the 'Register Now' button towards the top of this page and enter your name, phone number, e-mail. Please include your mailing address for all auction items to be shipped. Credit-Card information is not required to bid.
How do I start and continue my bidding?
Browse the Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items or select 'Auto Bid' and enter the highest amount you are willing to bid. The system will place minimum bids for you as needed until your designated high bid has been reached (you will receive a text message if you are outbid).
How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.
How will I collect my winnings?
Winners pay right from their cell phone using their personal payment link. Please note that you will have the choice to either pay credit card fees yourself or allocate them to the NAESP Foundation. All auction items will be shipped to you within two weeks. Please provide Jennifer Shannon your mailing address (if not included when you registered) for delivery at jshannon@naesp.org or 703-518-6286.
Payment shall be made via VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
Remember all sales are final; no exchanges or refunds.
