Saturday 9:00am to 6:55pm - Live auction items (now called "Premier" items, formerly Live Auction items) will be open for bidding during this time ONLY. These are some of our most exciting, big-ticket items, and you won't want to miss them!

AUCTION REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
- You must be registered to participate. Registration is easy. Just visit TAEvirtualgala.givesmart.com.
- You will receive an email, and text message on Monday, September 28, at 9:00am when we open the auction, and you can start bidding!
- All bidding will take place via TAEvirtualgala.givesmart.com, so you'll want to bookmark the page! You can bid via your phone, tablet, or computer. You will receive text messages throughout the week, letting you know the progress of your items you're bidding on and other pertinent information.

INVITE OTHERS
- Since our event is 100% Virtual this year, anyone anywhere can participate! Direct friends and family to TAEvirtualgala.givesmart.com so they can register and bid online. Remember, it's all for the kids, and we need everyone's support more than ever this year.
AUCTION ITEMS
- Silent auction items go live on September 28 at 9:00am. We will be releasing more and more items throughout the week, so keep checking back!
- This year, live auction items are flagged as our "Premier" items, and they will only be open for bidding between 9:00am and 6:55pm on Saturday, October 3. These will be available for preview only the week leading up to the event, so check them out and be ready to bid like crazy Saturday night.
POST AUCTION INFO
- Once the auction closes at 6:55pm on Saturday, October 3, you'll use the auction portal to pay for your winnings, and we will provide you with details on how to pick up your items.
- Please note that you will have the choice to either pay credit card fees yourself or allocate them to The Adoption Exchange.
- Winners of physical auction items will be contacted post-event to arrange item pick up at one of our office locations. Shipping charges may apply if in-person pick-up is not arranged. Certificates will be mailed to the address you provide at no cost. Questions about the silent auction may be directed to Kirby Lind at RSVP@adoptex.org

1. How does the silent auction work?
We will be using mobile bidding for the auction this year. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet, or your computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world!
2. How do I participate in the online bidding auction?
Get started online through this auction page. Just hit the 'Register Now' button towards the top of this page and enter your name, phone number, email. Credit card information is required to bid. Watch this informative video on How To Bid With GiveSmart
3. How do I start and continue my bidding?
Browse the silent auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and GiveSmart will continue to keep you In the running until you reach your maximum bid.
4. How will I collect my winnings?

5. How do I join the virtual event?
Check out our homepage and click the video link to tune-in live! The event will begin promptly at 6:00pm.
Throughout this week leading up to the event, we'll be sending updates and more detailed information via email. Still, once the event begins, all registered users will get text updates throughout the event. If you aren't receiving any of the communications, email us!
