How do I participate in the online bidding auction?
Get started online through the auction page. Just hit the 'Register Now' button towards the top of this page and enter your name, phone number, e-mail. Credit Card information is required to bid.
How does the silent auction work?
We will be using mobile bidding for our silent auction. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are!
How does the live auction work?
The live auction will open at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 1st, and close at 9 p.m. You will be able to bid anytime between 6:45 p.m. and 9 p.m. Our auctioneer will describe each live auction item during The Evolve Gala at 6:30 p.m. Live auction items that are gift certificates will be mailed to the winners.
Do I need to watch The Evolve Gala to be part of the auction?
No, you can register for the auction only. Encourage your friends and family who live in other towns or states-they can be part of the auction, too.
How do I start bidding?
Bidding for the silent auction will open a week before the event, on Friday, July 24th at 12:00PM Central Time. Browse the silent auction by going to "Items" on the home page, and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and Givesmart will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum bid. You must be registered in Givesmart and give your Credit Card information to participate in bidding.
When will my card be charged for purchases?
All purchases for the auction, raffle tickets, donations, and votes will be charged to your card shortly after 9:00PM on Saturday, August 1. If you have purchased a raffle ticket any time earlier in the week, your card will still be charged after 9:00PM, Saturday, August 1.
How does the 100 for $100 raffle work?
The raffle opens on July 24th, when the silent auction opens. Raffle tickets are $100 each and there are only 100 tickets available. The winner chooses the live auction item of your choice. You will be asked to submit your choice of which live auction you would want if you were to win when you purchase your raffle ticket.
What if I want to purchase multiple raffle tickets and select more than one premier live auction item?
If you want to buy more than one raffle ticket and select more than one premier live auction item, you will have to purchase each raffle ticket separately and chose a different premier live auction item for each purchase.
How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.
How will I pay for and collect my winnings?
Auction winners are required to make payment the night of the event from their card on file, which will be automatically charged if you have won an auction item. The silent auction will close at 9:00PM Central Time. Please note that you will be asked to pay credit card fees. Auction items that are certificates will be mailed to the winner. Auction items that any larger than a certificate, will need to be picked up.
All auction items are currently being stored at The Centers Foundation Office and we will have the following scheduled pick-up day:
-Monday, August 3: 11 AM-6:30 PM at the Freeway Medical Building, 5800 W. 10th St. in Little Rock. We will have staff located in the lobby at the front entrance to help you. Certificate items will be mailed the following week after the event.
*If this date and time are not feasible for your schedule, please call the office at 501-666-9436 to arrange a pickup.
**If items are not picked up by 8/7/20 they will be forfeited to The Centers Foundation.**
