How do I register?
On the "Home" page of this website, click "Register to Participate" to be guided through the process to create an account. Or, to register by phone, text TWFE to 76278, and then follow the prompts.
How do I donate to the Frankie Lemmon School?
On the "Home" page of this website, scroll down to a section named "Donate Now." You can select a pre-filled donation amount, or you can enter any amount of your choosing in the open field.
How do I browse auction lots?
Visit the "Items" page. At the top center of that page, you can search for specific items of interest, or you can use the "Categories" dropdown to filter the auction lots by type, wine style, grape varietal, or wine region. The filter categories are also listed at the bottom of the "Items" page.
How do I watch auction lots?
If you would like to "watch" an item, so that you can quickly check in on the auction lot later, click the "Watch This Item" button at the bottom of the item's page. To view the auction lots you are watching, click on the "My Activity" button at the top center of the "Items" page and it will quickly pull up all your watched auction lots.
How do I bid on auction lots?
Underneath the auction lot photograph you will see a box allowing you to place bids. Under "Place Bid", the next minimum bid amount is automatically displayed. To place a bid at that amount, click "Bid." Or, if you would like to bid higher than the next minimum bid amount, you can manually enter the desired amount and then click "Bid."
Once you have placed a bid, if a competing bidder places a higher bid, you will be notified by text message so you will have the opportunity to counter with a higher bid.
You also have the option to set an "Auto Bid" by clicking that option at the top of the bidding box. This option enables you to set a maximum bid amount, by entering the highest bid you are willing to place and then clicking "Bid." So that you do not risk getting outbid at the last minute, everyone is encouraged to set a maximum bid using the "Auto Bid" feature. In the event a competing bidder outbids your current bid, the auction software will automatically raise your bid by the minimum bid increment until your maximum bid has been met or the silent auction ends.
How do I checkout once the auction is closed?
If you win an auction item, you will receive a text message after the auction lot closes. The first eight auction lots will close during the Livestreamed Celebration & Auction, which is on Saturday, February 6, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The remaining auction lots will close on Tuesday, February 9 at 8 p.m. ET.
If you are participating by phone, you will receive a text message congratulating you on your win. Follow the link in the text message to be directed to your personal payment page. Or, if you are participating on your computer, select the "Pay" link on the top menu bar, which will also take you to your personal payment page. Review your auction lot wins and purchase summary and select the "Click Here to Pay" button. You can either use the credit card information you added upon registration or enter new card information. Once payment is complete, a red paid stamp will be placed on your order summary. You can download your receipt or select to receive it by email.
If I win, when and where I can I pick up my auction item?

1. The Frankie Lemmon Foundation, Inc. does not assume any risk, liability or responsibility for the authenticity of the authorship of any property offered at this auction (that is, the identity of the creator or the period, culture, source or origin, as the case may be, with which the creation of any property is identified).

MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY AND IN NO EVENT SHALL IT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECTNESS OF ANY CATALOG OR NOTICES OR DESCRIPTIONS OF PROPERTY, NOR BE DEEMED TO HAVE MADE, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTY OF PHYSICAL CONDITION, SIZE, QUALITY, RARITY, IMPORTANCE, GENUINENESS, ATTRIBUTION, AUTHENTICITY, PROVENANCE OR HISTORICAL RELEVANCE OF THE PROPERTY. No statement in any catalog, notice or description or made at the sale, in any bill of sale invoice or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a representation or warranty or any assumption of liability. The Frankie Lemmon Foundation, Inc. makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to whether the purchaser acquires any reproduction rights in the property.
3. Any property may be added, amended, or deleted by the published addenda to the catalog, by notice posted on the lot display or by verbal announcement during the auction without any liability therefore.
4. Frankie Lemmon Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the this auction website shall be the purchaser. The credit card you provided at registration will be charged for your auction and raffle purchases on Monday, February 15th, unless another form of payment is presented before that day.
8. The Frankie Lemmon Foundation, Inc. is not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection with the placement of bids via the electronic bidding software.
9. Trips. Our trips are comprised of donated mileage accommodations, meals and other amenities. Many of these arrangements have limitations and restrictions that are beyond our control. All are subject to availability. Therefore, you must be flexible in making your travel plans. Moreover, it is crucial that you make those plans well in advance of the actual dates of your trip. When the lot description gives a specific date for a trip, it has been donated for that date only and must be taken on that specific date, no exceptions. Unless stated otherwise in the lot description, all trips must be completed before February 6, 2022. Trips not taken within this or the special stated time limits will be forfeited with no refund made, without regard for the reason such trip was not taken. Donated airline miles and hotel points are subject to the airlines and hotel chains frequent flyer/frequent stay programs respectively. The Frankie Lemmon Foundation has no control over these programs. Donated points for a particular auction lot are typically sufficient for that particular trip, but you must book the flights early in order to ensure those points give you the best fare class possible. The Frankie Lemmon Foundation has no control over the airlines points requirements for a particular segment.
10. In the event of loss or damage to any lot, incurred in the course of its handling or storage during the auction event and before possession is taken by the buyer, the buyer will be compensated only as follows: (a) If the lot has not been paid for, the exact amount of the bid amount will be subtracted from the buyer's bidding account. (b) If the lot has been paid for, the buyer will receive a refund of the bid amount only. (c) The goods sold at this event have no valuation beyond the amount of the final bid. Therefore, such credit or refund are the sole remedy which will be made for such losses.
