Silent Auction

The silent auction items open for online bidding prior to the event. The auction items will close at on Friday, November 13. The latest bid entered on GiveSmart constitutes the winning bid.

Persons desiring to bid must do so through the GiveSmart platform. If guests need assistance, there will be volunteers the night of the event to help you place your bid.  Each increase in bid must be equal to or exceed the minimum bid increment stated on the auction item in order to constitute a valid bid.

 All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items except when specified on the auction item.

Items may be removed that evening only by showing a validated receipt at the door at the time of departure. If you are the winning bid and you do not attend the event, you must arrange pick-up with Catholic High following the Gala.

Values of items being auctioned are estimated, and are not warranted by the Gala for tax purposes or for general value. Our guests are reminded that their purchase amounts in excess of fair market value are tax deductible. All auction items and services must be used within the time specified by the donor.

Payment by the successful bidder must be made immediately following the auction through GiveSmart or in the in the form of cash or a check. Payments are required in full the night of the auction.

Live Auction

The live auction begins immediately following dinner and continues without interruption until all items have been auctioned.
