Nothing portrays courage like showcasing your skills and talent before a multitude of people. That is exactly what the amazing contestants of Dancing Stars of Greenwich have committed themselves to. Every day till the evening of the grand event, the dancing competitors learn and practice their vibes and rhythms, not for fame, fortune or prestige, but to help raise critical funds for Abilis. Founded in 1951, Abilis provides programs and services for children and adults of all abilities, from birth throughout their lives. Abilis is a leader in providing state-of-the-art services for the special needs community in Fairfield County and has a long-standing reputation for high quality care.

To make this event a success each of our stars has volunteered to help contribute to fundraising efforts. This year, Funds raised from the 2026 Dancing Stars of Greenwich event will be dedicated exclusively to our Direct Service Professional Heroes Program, enabling Abilis to retain, support, and recognize the hardworking staff who provide essential care to some of our most vulnerable community members.

Proceeds from the live and silent auctions, along with donations made to the dance teams will go directly to Abilis. All other event-related costs have been generously provided and or underwritten by Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Greenwich.
