The 20th Annual VVA/Drees & Sommer Toy Drive Benefit, benefitting HELP USA, will take place on November 5, 2026, at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers.

THE Industry event of the year, don't miss the chance to mix and mingle with over 700 professionals from construction, real estate, project management, property development, architecture, design, fabrication, manufacturing, and many others across New York City.

The benefit kicks off at 6 PM with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, live music, raffles, and photobooth fun. It continues with an open station dinner, a silent auction, and festivities until 10 PM.

All proceeds and donated toys support HELP USA's mission to end homelessness and ensure everyone has a safe place to call home.
