When will the items be available to view?

• Items will be available for preview at noon on Monday, September 28 and will be available for bidding at noon on Tuesday, September 29
  

I made an account but when I view items it's prompting me to log in?

• Please ensure you have saved a credit card on file to your account.

I accidentally placed a bid on something, how do I cancel it?

• If it is before the close of the auction, please find a JASH staff to assist you with cancelling your bid (please make sure you can tell them what item number the bid was placed on.  All bids are final once the auction has closed.

How will I know if I won an auction item(s)?

• At the close of the auction, all bids will be finalized and your card on file will be charged and you should receive a notification by text.
• You may also login to your account and click MY INFO at the top or email admindir@jashawaii.org to check.

How do I get my auction item(s)?

• If all of your items are certificates/gift cards you may pay for mailing ($14 covering priority mailing).
• Or you may schedule a pick up time/date by emailing admindir@jashawaii.org or calling 808-524-4450, pickups will start from 10:00am, Wednesday, October 7th, during our office hours of Monday through Friday 9:00am through 4:00pm.  We will also have a special pick up day of Saturday, October 10th from 9:00am through noon.
