Arrival

When you arrive, please follow the signs and volunteer instructions to registration which is one level above the lobby outside the International Ballroom. Registration is divided by the first letter of your last name.

 PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION 
Valet Parking:
Valet Parking is available outside the main entrance of the hotel for a discounted price of $45 for the event. Please note that overnight guests may incur additional charges.

Self Parking: 
The only parking available at The Fairmont is valet parking, so we encourage guests to use taxis or ride share apps if possible. If you would like to self park, there are a number of parking lots and garages in the area. We recommend using SpotHero or a similar service.

Rideshare or Taxi Service:
Rideshare apps should take you directly to the turnaround and front entrance of the hotel. Please enter 200 North Columbus Drive, CHICAGO, IL 60601 into your respective app.
