When and where is the event?

Beyond the Diamond will be held at Candela La Brea, located at 831 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036.

The VIP Reception begins at 6:00 p.m., with the General Reception beginning at 6:30 p.m.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail or business casual attire.

Will food and drinks be served?

Yes! Guests can enjoy chef-curated small plates from some of Los Angeles' best restaurants throughout the evening.

An open bar will also be available, along with wine and beer tastings throughout the event.

Is valet available?

Yes. Complimentary valet parking will be available.

To avoid street gridlock on La Brea between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., please follow the valet signage and proceed to 9th Street, where the valet drop-off will be stationed. After 7:00 p.m., once the street gridlock concludes, valet intake will shift directly in front of the venue.

Is there a designated Uber/Lyft drop-off location?

Yes. There will be signage in front of the venue directing guests arriving by Uber or Lyft to the designated drop-off area in front of the venue.

How do I enter the venue?

Please enter the venue through the iron gates. Guests will first go through a security check, followed by event registration.

Is self-parking available?

Yes. Paid self-parking is available at: 757 S Sycamore Ave Parking

Will there be an auction?

Yes! The evening will feature both a silent auction and live auction.

The silent auction will close at 8:45 p.m., allowing guests ample time to collect their winning items and complete checkout before departing.

Do you provide shipping for winning auction items?

Yes. If an auction item is not picked up at the event, shipping costs will be billed to the winning bidder through GiveSmart.

Shipping rates are:

$20 for most items

$30 for bats

$50 for artwork
