Susan Michel is the Founder and CEO of Glen Eagle Advisors, a women-owned financial services firm she founded in 2002. A recognized leader in wealth management and entrepreneurship, Susan has been honored as an Enterprising Woman of the Year and has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, and Newsweek.

Deeply committed to her Catholic faith and service, Susan has been a member of Legatus for more than 20 years and is an active member of the New York City Chapter at St. Patrick's Cathedral, where she currently serves as Chair of Programs. She is also a Dame of the Order of Malta and currently serves as a Trustee of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Princeton, New Jersey.

Susan has served as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of The Hun School of Princeton, as a Trustee of Saint Elizabeth University, and as President of the New Jersey Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization.

Above all, Susan considers her family her greatest blessing. She is the mother of four children and the proud "Nana" of ten grandchildren.
