HOLLY BERRY VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
For 15 years, the Holly Berry Luncheon and Boutique has been one of Chaminade's most beloved traditions. More than just a festive gathering, this event directly supports our Campus Life Fund, ensuring that Chaminade students on financial aid can fully participate in school life by covering expenses for textbooks, uniforms, extracurriculars, field trips, meal programs, and school supplies.
An event this special takes a village, and there are so many ways you can share your time and talents to help make it a success. Whether you want to lend a hand behind the scenes or be right in the middle of the action, we have a spot for you!
How You Can Get Involved
Pre-Event & Creative Planning:
- Sign up to decorate a themed table
- Help design and assemble event decor
- Coordinate and secure boutique vendors
- Procure exciting prizes and items for our raffle
Event Setup & Breakdown:
- Help bring the event to life with setup before the doors open
- Assist with clean-up and breakdown once the festivities wrap up
Day-of Event Support:
- Welcome guests at check-in
- Assist as an event cashier
- Help with boosters
- Sell raffle tickets
- Bartend
