What is the purpose of the auction?
All proceeds from the CMU Eagle Athletic Auction support our student-athletes by funding items such as equipment, travel expenses, uniforms, and facility improvements.
Who can attend the event?
The event is open to all CMU supporters, alumni, parents, and community members. You do not have to be affiliated with CMU to attend or participate.
Ticket information
Tickets are $100 person, $200 per couple or $1,000 per table of 10 people. Tickets include hors d'oeuvres, buffet dinner, beer/wine and entertainment.
What is the attire for the event?
Business casual or cocktail attire is appropriate for the evening.
Where can I park once I arrive?
Parking is available in the Student Center parking lot, baseball parking lot, and the Davis Field parking lot. A golf cart will be available to transport guests to Puckett Fieldhouse.
How do I participate in the auction?
You can participate by attending the event in person or bidding online. If attending in person, you will need to purchase tickets. If bidding online only, you can register here.
Will there be a live auction and a silent auction?
Yes! The silent auction opens on Monday, July 13, with new items added daily throughout the week. The live auction will begin after dinner is served, be ready to raise your paddle!
Is shipping available on items I won if I'm not in attendance?
Yes! Shipping is available for virtual bidders. While we hope you can join us in person, you may still participate online. An additional fee may apply for shipping. Bidders not in attendance will be contacted by July 27 to arrange pick-up, delivery, or shipping. Please note: alcohol cannot be shipped.
Can I donate an item for the auction
Absolutely! We are grateful for all item donations. Please visit our item donation page or contact Stasia Sherman at ssherman@centralmethodist.edu to contribute.
Are sponsorships available?

Will I receive a receipt for my purchase or donation?
Yes, all purchases and donations will be receipted and may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
