- Herb-Rubbed Salmon with roasted vegetable couscous, seasonal vegetable, and citrus beurre blanc
- Pasta Primavera (vegetarian) with sundried tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, roasted red pepper, ricotta salata, and balsamic glaze. Gluten-free pasta available with advance notice.

Guests will be asked to select their dinner entrée when purchasing a ticket. Anyone with food allergies or dietary concerns should note them during registration so we may inform the chef in advance.
