Youth Services Pickleball Tournament Overview

Tournament Format

The tournament will feature a round-robin doubles format, giving every participant multiple opportunities to play throughout the afternoon.

  • 36 player spots available
  • Register as an individual player
  • During registration, select your skill level:
    • Beginner
    • Intermediate
    • Advanced
  • Players will be paired into doubles teams by the professionals at Sunset Ridge Country Club based on skill level to ensure balanced and competitive play.
  • No pre-arranged teams are necessary.
  • Whether you're playing for fun, competition, or simply to support a great cause, there's a place for you on the courts.

Event Schedule

12:30 p.m. - Player Check-In & Warm-Up

1:00 p.m. - Round-Robin Tournament Begins

4:30 p.m. - Following Tournament Play Join us for a Cocktail Reception

  • Hors d'oeuvres & open bar
  • Silent and live auction
  • Recognition of tournament winners
  • Join golfers, sponsors, and fellow supporters to celebrate the day


Registration

Registration Fee: $200 per player

Your registration includes:

  • Entry into the round-robin tournament
  • Tournament play coordinated by Sunset Ridge Country Club professionals
  • Admission to the Cocktail Reception
  • Hors d'oeuvres and open bar
  • Access to the silent and live auction


Participation is limited to 36 players.
Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserve your spot early.
