Riccardo Dale is the Founder and Executive Director of Free All Minds Academy, a year-round leadership academy dedicated to preparing young men for life after high school through academic, professional, emotional, and personal development. Since founding the organization in 2018, he has led its growth into a comprehensive leadership pipeline that equips students with the skills, mentorship, and support needed to successfully transition into college, careers, or the skilled trades.

Driven by his own experiences overcoming homelessness and adversity as a teenager, Riccardo has dedicated his career to expanding opportunities for young people facing similar challenges. At 21 years old, he was elected to the Beverly City Board of Education, becoming one of New Jersey's youngest elected officials. He later went on to serve on the Beverly City Council, continuing his commitment to public service and community development.

Riccardo is also a TEDx speaker whose work has been recognized by regional and national media. Under his leadership, Free All Minds Academy has served hundreds of young men through weekly leadership development, mentorship, family-style dinners, academic support, wellness programming, career exploration, and real-world experiences that prepare students for lifelong success. Today, Riccardo works alongside corporate, nonprofit, educational, and community partners to expand the Academy's impact and advance his vision of creating a nationally recognized model for youth leadership development that breaks generational cycles of poverty and transforms communities one young man at a time.
