Jeffrey Gottlieb's career began in commercial banking at Mellon Bank Corporation, where he worked as a credit analyst before moving into Middle Market lending. In 1990, he joined ResinTech, Inc., the company his father, Michael Gottlieb, had founded four years earlier. His first big move came in 1991, when he relocated the business out of his boyhood home and into a small warehouse in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Over the next three decades, Jeff grew ResinTech through a series of strategic acquisitions. After becoming CEO in 2015, he led the development of ResinTech's new global headquarters and manufacturing facility in Camden, NJ - the first new resin manufacturing facility built in the U.S. in over 30 years. The facility now employs more than 400 people, a reflection of Jeff's commitment to creating opportunity for Camden residents. Today, ResinTech operates facilities in six U.S. states and distributes products to more than 100 countries.

Jeff sits on the Board of Governors for the Water Quality Association, and has long served the Camden-area community through board positions with the Katz Jewish Community Center, the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, and Kellman Brown Academy, including two terms as President of the JCC.

Jeff lives in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with his wife, Laura, and their dog, Addison.
